The church commenced its services in a local hall before

The portable building below was our home for quite a
few years until our present structure was completed.

Old meeting place and new construction

The triangle of land outlined in yellow was sold to the Baptist Housing Association to build sheltered accommodation. Henry Court (seen on the left of the photo above and outlined below) was opened in September 1994.

The first phase of the present church building was completed in 1995. We worshipped in the new church hall until we completed the sanctuary in 1997. The portable building was used by the young people.
