Wee wonders crèche
MBC provide a crèche facility for young children whose parents are attending our Lord’s Day morning service. This also includes care for the duration of the Lord’s Table as well.
We feel this provision takes away some of the stress of bringing young children to Church & enables parents to be fully engaged in our morning service.
Our crèche is for children aged from birth to nursery school age (0-3). Parents are welcome to stay with their children, or leave them in our care. If a child becomes unhappy, a member of our crèche team will discreetly locate their parent in the service.
Wee Wonders is so much more though than simply a crèche facility, We at MBC want to take every opportunity we have to instill an understanding of the the love of our Lord in the lives of these precious little ones. Proverbs 22 V 6 tells us “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it”. And with this in mind, we attempt to incorporate a Bible story & some short choruses into each session (this of course dependant on weekly circumstances & children’s needs). We also provide a small snack during the session.
Our crèche team consists of 30 dedicated men & women who attend MBC, all of who have been Access NI checked & who have attended Child Protection Training.
